Why make a Will?
Making a Will allows you to leave your property to whoever you choose and not simply to whom the law allocates your property in the event that there is no Will. A Will saves a substantial amount of time and legal costs in administering an estate. If there is no Will in additon to additional time and legal costs there is normally a substantial payment paid to an Insurance Company to provide a Bond of Caution. A Will avoids this additional charge on the estate. A Will can also help reduce or avoid inheritance tax on your estate.
